The Project Challenges:

The Bank was facing challenges in producing content for various compliance (SoX, BASEL II etc.) and Reporting (Confirms Reporting for MUNI Funds, Recaps Transmission to National Securities Corp). They also needed a knowledge sharing framework for a better coordination among the various departments and easy flow of information.


Visvero's Solutions Approach:

Visvero swiftly developed a reporting and Knowledge Management framework on Qlik view and Sense Platform. We worked with Business Managers in the analysis and implementation of various Securities Projects such as Trading and Stock Management in the Prime Broker Area with emphasis on Hedge Funds.

Visvero helped in recognizing the extent of improvement needed and further enhanced the reporting and management system in these areas:
